Pinot Noir 2017 is an elegant wine, rich and warm with raspberry, red fruits and plum giving an aromatic and perfumed nose. Depth of fruit, along with good structure and balance promise a wine that will just get better with age. Made in a traditional manner utilising hand plunging and French oak maturation. Drinking well now, cellar 5-8 years and serve at a cool room temperature after opening and allowing to breathe..
