2014 was a vintage that varied widely in Central Otago, but we were happy with the quality of our fruit. Similar in both style and flavour to the 2012, Pinot Noir 2015 is an elegant wine, rich and warm with raspberry, red fruits and plum giving an aromatic and perfumed nose. Depth of fruit, along with good structure and balance promise a wine that will just get better with age. Made in a traditional manner utilising hand plunging and French oak maturation. Drinking well now, cellar 5-8 years and serve at a cool room temperature after opening and allowing to breathe..

Beautifully composed and styled, the fragrant bouquet shows spiced cherry, dark mushroom, cedar, black tea and floral characters. The palate is concentrated and elegantly weighted, displaying gorgeous silky mouthfeel and plush texture, wonderfully complemented by plenty of polished tannins. It is complex and engaging, and offers fabulous drinking.

Very aromatic and full of flavour, with excellent body and texture. The signature peach, nectarine and pear flavours of the site are fresh and delicious with a tropical finish. Bone-dry, crisp and clean, this is a scrumptious wine and will cellar well up to 5 years. Serve lightly chilled.

Richly fruited and beautifully styled, this complex pinot gris displays yellow stone fruit, candied apple, lemon peel and subtle spice aromas on the nose, leading to a concentrated palate that is succulent and plush.
