SALE OF LIQUOR ACT

Gate 20 Two operates under an off licence [ number 067/OF167/27/2009 ] as defined by NZ’s Sale of Liquor Act. It is illegal for Gate 20 two to sell liquor to anyone under the age of 18 years. It is also illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to purchase wine via this web site or online by making a false declaration of their age.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Gate 20 Two makes every effort to ensure your purchase is not faulty or defective. Our policy is not to provide refunds on wine that has been delivered. However, if you have problems with a delivery please contact us to discuss the options. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantee Act to provide a remedy.

If you have bought wine for the purposes of a business the provisions of the Consumer Guarantee Act do not apply. Our maximum liability to you, if any, will be limited to the value of the product or service provided.

PAYMENT & PRICING

All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST.
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard or direct credit to our bank account.
